Brown
sage hen and sirloin in oil, garlic, and onion for about 15 minutes
on pan over raging open bon fire (Mike G. to start).
When
browned, pour contents into large pot. Add water, vegetables,
beer, and peppers. Don't forget the Fricas Seeds - they're
hard to find but critical to success! Season to taste.
Simmer
at aspen heat for 31.5 hours or until done. Add more beer as
needed as liquid cooks down. (Make sure to stay awake and not
let the fire burn down!)
When
done, pour the resulting stew on plate. Carefully pick out all
vegetables and discard in pit at least three feet deep. Place
rocks over pit. Carefully separate sirloin into a metal bowl sans
the sauce. If the sage hen is still squawking - kill it!
With
gloves, place sage hen in body bag and freeze for crawdad
bait. Give the sirloin to the dog that has most
misbehaved. Use sauce for boot grease (warning - only suitable
for rubber boots!)
Finally,
head to the closest McDonalds for a real meal, cause your sure
enough hungry as hell by now!
